John L Zaorski


John, a finalist for the New Jersey Law Hall of Fame, specializes in civil litigation, particularly advocating for accident victims and those who have suffered catastrophic injuries. His legal expertise is complemented by personal experience in the insurance industry, providing him with a perspective that often benefits his clients.


In addition to civil litigation, John has extensive experience with workers’ compensation cases and represents clients in employment law matters.


A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, John recently gained recognition for his work on a landmark LCMV birth defect case, securing a $6 million settlement for a child who contracted Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis Virus due to maternal exposure to mice feces.


John is among the fewer than two percent of New Jersey attorneys certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. This designation is granted to attorneys who demonstrate high levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in civil trial practice.

Marie A Cappuccio


A trained mediator, Marie has successfully completed courses at the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers and The Institute for Dispute Resolution at Seton Hall University School of Law.


She has been an adjunct professor, teaching law school courses in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Interviewing and Counseling. With family roots in Hammonton, New Jersey, she serves as 'of counsel' to the law firm of Cappuccio & Zaorski, LLC.
